The traditional tradition of excellence is the typical reathen and Roman dishes, and I couldn&#39;t try the amatrician, cooked as a classic, really fantastic recipe. I also have tried one of the classic suer of Roman tradition, the vaccine tail, and I don&#39;t remember how long I wasn&#39;t sweating my fingers to taste this plate symbol of poor Roman cuisine. To conclude, I have to complimente the staff, really kind and available (it is also this if you like the long or short pasta for the first, so that you meet all the customer&#39;s needs. La tradizione per eccellenza, vengono proposti i piatti tipici reatini e romani. Non ho non potuto provare l&#39;amatriciana, cucinata come da ricetta classica, davvero fantastica. Inoltre ho provato uno dei suoer classici della tradizione romana, ovvero la coda alla vaccinara. Non ricordo da quanto tempo non sporcavo le dita di sugo per gustare al meglio questa piatto simbolo della cucina povera romana. Per concludere devo fare i miei complimenti allo staff, davvero gentile e disponibile (viene anche questo se si gradisce la pasta lunga o corta per i primi, in modo da soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Consigliatissimo, anche per il rapporto qualit&agrave;-prezzo imbattibile.
